I bought this kit for use with various devices (Nintendo DS Lite, Sony PSP, Mobile Phone etc).
The idea was to charge up from either my computer, or car cigarette lighter to USB adapter on the move.
It has worked well.
The kit will charge up more than one device at a time depending on the combination of attached devices.
PS the car cigarette lighter to USB adapter was also bought on Amazon.
I am happy.
